Frame Designs & Constructions

This course is offered to teach students how to correctly build your own frames you have been imagining of for years. Instructors go through how the jigs are set up the different attachments used for each frame, and how to set-up prior to your build. Also, instructors go through the measuring portion in detail to insure your frame comes are true and will fit all components perfectly. Also, instructors will build and actual frame with students, using the tubing bender and jig picked by the students. Also, instructors goes through the basic of building frames prior to all bending and demonstration such as, how to correctly pick out what kind of tubing you will need, and the differences in them, how to correctly brace your frame, and how to correctly weld up your frame, and which welding technique should be applied. Also, each student will participate in all activities hands on.
